Choose your service and preferred time, then pay a booking amount to confirm your slot. The booking amount is adjusted against the total service fee, with the remaining balance payable at service completion. Transparent pricing is displayed upfront before booking.

Kare Reach matches your request with available verified professionals, agencies, or clinics qualified to deliver the service. Once a provider accepts and confirms availability, your booking is scheduled.

Send an invite to a professional already registered on Kare Reach. They receive the invite and choose whether to accept it.
Once linked
Once linked, a professional can still work independently, stay linked to your agency or clinic, or do both — jobs accepted through your agency are managed on your dashboard, while any jobs they accept independently remain their own.
Booking Fees & Wallet
Simple ways to pay.
When a professional, agency, or clinic accepts a client's job request, a small booking fee applies.
Pay Per Booking
The fee is charged automatically each time a job is accepted.
Prepaid Wallet
Top up a Kare Reach wallet in advance, and the fee is deducted automatically from the balance every time a job is accepted — no manual payment step needed.
Provider Earnings
Providers receive the service fee minus the applicable Kare Reach platform charges. Earnings, booking history, and payment details are available through the provider dashboard.
